These terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before Fastparcel relies on them commercially.

Using Fastparcel

By requesting a booking through Fastparcel, you confirm the consignment does not contain prohibited items and that the information you provide about weight, contents, value and addresses is accurate. You are responsible for the goods invoice and any e-way bill your consignment requires.

Pricing

Rates shown by the calculator are estimates. The final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before pickup and may change if the actual weight, dimensions or route differ from what was submitted.

Liability

Fastparcel and its transport partners handle consignments with care, but liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the consignment as agreed at booking and recorded on the LR. Goods are carried at owner’s risk unless insurance has been arranged and confirmed in writing.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge before a vehicle is assigned. Once a pickup is in progress, a cancellation fee may apply.
