This policy is a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before Fastparcel relies on it commercially.

What we collect

To quote, book and track a consignment, we collect consignor and consignee names, addresses, phone numbers, GSTIN where you provide it, and consignment details such as weight, contents and value.

How we use it

This information is used to coordinate pickup and delivery with our vehicle and transport partners, to provide tracking updates, and to respond to support requests on WhatsApp or email.

Sharing

We share consignment details only with the transport partner assigned to that booking. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Tracking, security and analytics

The tracking page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and stores the visitor's IP address for up to one hour to limit repeated lookups. PIN code lookups on the booking and estimate forms send the PIN code to the public service at api.postalpincode.in to fill in the city. This site is served through Cloudflare, which may collect basic, cookie-free usage statistics.

Retention

Booking and tracking records are kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements.
