What is the difference between PTL and FTL?
PTL (part truck load) means your goods share a truck with other consignments and you pay by weight or box count. FTL (full truck load) means a whole vehicle is booked for your load and runs direct from pickup to drop, billed per trip. Smaller loads usually suit PTL. Loads that fill a vehicle, or that need a direct run, suit FTL.
How is PTL priced?
PTL is priced by weight or box count for your route, with a minimum charge. The estimator at the top of this page gives an indicative freight figure excluding GST. The final rate is confirmed by our team once we know the pickup, drop, weight and type of goods.
How is FTL priced, and which vehicle do I need?
FTL is quoted per trip, based on route distance, vehicle size and the type of load. Pick FTL in the estimator and enter your weight to see the smallest vehicle that fits, or use the vehicle guide above. Bulky, light goods can need a bigger vehicle than their weight suggests, so tell us the size of the load too.
What is a dedicated vehicle?
A vehicle reserved for your business on fixed routes, by the day, week or month. It suits regular dispatches and multi-drop runs. Terms are agreed in writing before the first trip. Read more.
How do I book a load?
Fill in the online booking form with your route, load and contact details, or tap Book this load after using the estimator. No account or login is needed. Our team confirms the vehicle, pickup time and rate, and nothing is booked until we do.
What documents do I need?
A goods invoice or delivery challan, and where required an e-way bill. An e-way bill is generally needed when the consignment value is above ₹50,000; it can be generated by the consignor, the consignee or, in some cases, the transporter. Please check the rules for your goods with your accountant. We issue an LR (consignment note) with every consignment.
How do I track my consignment?
Enter the LR number from your booking confirmation on the track page to see live status and history.
Which routes do you cover?
We run a daily service from Habra to Burrabazar, Kolkata. For every other route in India we either manage the movement ourselves or ship it through established B2B and PTL carriers such as Delhivery, Safexpress, Gati, TCI Express and VRL Logistics. Enter your pickup and drop PIN codes in the booking form and we will confirm the route, vehicle and rate.
